First master program (non- thesis) began at department of Nursing Management firstly in 2003-2004 academic year.

To be graduated from School of Nursing, School of Health, Faculty of Health Science Nursing Division.

Successfully complete the lesson and present of prepared high undergraduate thesis in front of jury.
Profile of The Programme
Students who enroll in this program, by introducing basic concepts in management of nursing services, research areas, current management practices, which will contribute to develop management skills of the students, commitment to professional values and ethics principles, make self-management, create differences in nursing services, is to grow leader nurses who leading pioneer of change.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples
Our students have been worked as head nurses, supervisor nurses, educator nurses and nurses in various positions of nursing services in public, private and University hospitals. In addition to they have been assigned in primary health services and in academic positions.
Access to Further Studies
Graduates who successfully completed the Master's Degree may apply to doctorate (third cycle) programmes in the same or in related disciplines.
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
%40 of in-year assesments (visa, homework, projects), 60% of year-end evaluation (final exam, homework, projects) and successfully present of prepared high undergraduate thesis in front of jury .

Facilities
This program obtains opportunities on empowering in education and training of the student s that enrolled to the program, to collaborate in national and international levels. Studies are done by providing with organizations who have similar programs and with expert persons and trainers for continuous developments of students. In addition, students will take courses from different disciplines.
