The Real Estate Valuation and Financing Master Program (non-thesis EE) is not started education.

Students who complete the programme will be granted with Real Estate Valution and Financing master's degree

Having a graduate diploma and getting the minimal required ALES point is essential to apply for the program. For the approval, the GPA, ALES score and point on the exam given are evaluated.

The exams are 1 midterm which affects the total point for %40, the final exam which affects the total point %60.
Graduation Requirements
The students must attend at least %70 of the lessons.and must pass all the lessons, have 2,50 grade point avarage and must present their term project to their advisors succesfully to get the master's degree diploma for Real Estate Valuation and Financing.
