The Human Resource Management graduate programs started in 2002-2003 academic year.
Qualification Awarded
Students who complete the programme will be granted with HRM master's degree diploma.
Specific Admission Requirements
Graduate diploma, having the required ALES score and being successful on the entrance exam.
Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal)
Formal. There is no scientific preparation programme in Non-Thesis Programme.
Qualification Requirements and Regulations
Students must pass all the lessons, have 2.5 grade point avarage and must present their project succesfully to get the master's degree diploma for HRM.

Program is focused on giving an education for students who wants to be HRM profession. The Master in Human Resources Management programme provides students with advanced knowledge in human resources.

The graduates mainly work at HRM departments, in planning, recruitment, selection, performance appraisal etc. processes.
Access to Further Studies
The Human Resource Management sub-department graduates may apply for doctorate programs.
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
The exams are one midterm which affects the total grade for %40, the final exam which affects the total grade %60.
Graduation Requirements
The students must attend at least %70 of the lessons, must pass their exams and must prepare their project sucessfully to finish the program.
