General Description ^
The Accounting Auditing Second Cycle (Master with no Thesis) program started education in 2003-2004 academic year. The first students are admitted to the program in 2003 September. The program is still giving education.
Qualification Awarded
Students who complete the programme will be granted with Auditing master's degree (without thesis) diploma.
Specific Admission Requirements
Having a graduate diploma, having the required ALES score and being successful on the exam given.
Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal)
Recognition of prior learning, experience-based program or a certificate is not initialized .Our program recognizes formal learning In this sense, the previous learning phase of the undergraduate graduation program.
Qualification Requirements and Regulations
Students must pass all the lessons, have 2.5 grade point avarage and prepare their project succesfully will get the master's degree (without thesis) diploma for auditing.
Profile of The Programme
Program is focused on giving an education for students who wants auditing to be his profession. The recent changes in the accounting and auditing profession require the auditors to be sophisticated in auditing. The students are given the basic concepts of auditing which they will need when they start working as an auditor. There are 12 auditing related courses which will help the student about the auditing profession.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples
The graduates mainly work for the big auditing firms, the internal auditing departments of big company's and for the government's auditing units. Besides, some of the graduates choose being an academician.
Access to Further Studies
Upon successful completion of a master's degree, graduates may apply for doctorate programs. The graduate must fulfill the requirements of valid ALES point, English language competency and the interview examination success for the acceptance of the further program.
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
In the program, examinations are carried out under the criteria which are determined by the Institute. In this context, according to dates set by Institute, each semester a midterm (visa) and a final exam are made. In addition, student participation in lessons and take-home papers can be evaluated by lecturer.
Graduation Requirements
The students must attend at least %70 of the lessons.and must pass all the lessons, have 2.5 grade point avarage and must prepare and present their project succesfully to get the non theisis master's degree diploma for auditing.

The programme with its 13 courses during one year of education and educators who have speciaized on their conceps, give a very comprehensive education and prepare students for both private and public sector auditing profession.
