The Accounting and finance Second Cycle (Master with Thesis) Program started education in 1984-1985 academic year.
Qualification Awarded
Students who complete the programme will be granted with Accounting and Finance master's degree
Specific Admission Requirements
Having a graduate diploma and getting the minimal required ALES point is essential to apply for the program. For the approval, the GPA, ALES score and point on the exam given are evaluated.

Profile of The Programme
Program focuses on those who will work in the field of finance. Today, those who will work in accounting and finance fields are required to be more qualified with regard to rapid changes in accounting and auditing. Thus, master of Accounting&Finance students are given fundamental information needed in the beginning of their Accounting/Finance career. In both terms, fall and spring, students are thought classes focusing on accounting and finance.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples
Graduates work generally as independent accountants, certified public accounts, external auditor, financial expert. There is also some portion to prefer academical career.
Access to Further Studies
Graduates may apply for doctorate programs. The graduate may fulfill the requirements of ALES point, and the examination success for the acceptance of the further program.
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
The exams are 1 midterm which affects the total point for %40, the final exam which affects the total point %60.
Graduation Requirements
The students must attend at least %70 of the lessons.and must pass all the lessons, have 2.5 grade point avarage and must present their thesis succesfully to get the master's degree diploma for Accounting and Finance . and must prepare and defend their theisis sucessfully to graduate from the program.
