Objectives of the Course
The students are supposed to acquire basic writing skills in German. Therefore, linguistic features relevant for the composition of texts are taught. Further, the students are supposed to learn how to use writing strategies and to compose different types of texts.

Course Contents
This study deals with the writing of summaries, descriptions and compositions, writing norms of CV's, analysis of writing mistakes, basic knowledge of writing forms, analysis of written texts.
