Objectives of the Course
This course will help students develop an understanding of what positive thinking is, how to think positively, different thinking techniques. After this course students will develop a clear idea about how to think and act in a productive and healthy way. Students will be asked to read and discuss various self-help books on positive thinking. Various web sites on the internet will be discussed
