Objectives of the Course
The course aims to learn the conceptualization of Information Systems as structured configurations of elements behaving collectively to serve the information needs of an organization.
Learning Outcomes
1 Apply knowledge of information systems techniques to organisational settings
2 Analyse and describe managerial aspects of information systems selection, development and implementation
3 Evaluate organisational and ethical issues involved in the management and supply of IS services
4 Evaluate the technological infrastructures that support work in Information Age organisations
5 Analyse the potential for information systems to support organisational strategy and goals
