Objectives of the Course
Summer Training courses are for students to observe applications of theoretical knowledge gained from courses, to increase the professional experiencess, to practice engineering, job security, find out the working conditions and work life after graduation to make good career plan for theself. These coures must be done to earn engineering degree.
Learning Outcomes
1 be able to collect and report the current, appropriate and correct information about the company management and production
2 be able to take part in tasks that require active participation
3 be able to understand the service processes of the firm and make proposals
4 be able to understand the place of the company at the community and the industry, its weak and strong sides
5 be able to understand the culture of the company, the use of technology and its quality approach
6 be able to understand the management processes of the company, and to relate with the efficiency of company

Recommended Optional Programme Components
Computer Engineering Internship must be carried out an appropriate company which is accepted by your academic advisor. The company must have at least one Computer Engineer working for them.
Course Contents
Students are supposed to spend 6 weeks in firms and obtain practical experience on a topic related to Computer Engineering. At the end of the summer practice, students should write a technical report and submit it to the department.

Before Summer Practice 1. Examine the Summer Practice rules on web site 2. Attend the Summer practice seminer and ask questions 3. Inform student office about the starting date of your summer practice 3 weeks before the actual starting date.
