Objectives of the Course
This course is aimed to teach students planning, perform and methods and tehcniques which are considered to be basic functions of management in IT projects.

Course Contents
The student learns and understands the influences of the operational fields in planning and completion of enterprise projects; learns the ranges and tasks of the structure and sequence organisation in project management; learns important life cycle models as well as the activities and documents of the individual phases; controls techniques of the PM such as planning engineering, expenditure estimation process, control techniques; strengths and weaknesses of expenditure estimation processes and interpretation of their results; knows risk and success factors of a project. In this subject first procedural models are treated. It begins with the planning of projects and the different methods and techniques, which are necessary for planning. Subsequently, the control and control measures are treated. The conclusion is about the experience safety. This procedure is supplemented in each phase with practical exercises. As project management-software Ms-Project 2000 is being used in this lecture.
