Objectives of the Course
In this course the basic characteristics and the usage of ERP Systemsare examined in detail. The theoretical information are supported with many study cases and the best practise examples.
Learning Outcomes
1 Will be able to evaluate the relationship between ERP systems and the modelling of business processes, and make suggestions to develop relevant activities.
2 Will be able to evaluate the importance of integration between different applications in an enterprise.
3 Has the knowledge about Customer Relationship Management and Supply Chain Management.
4 Will be able to evaluate the historical development and futurue trends of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
5 Student has the knowledge about the main factors that play a role in the efficient use of standard software
