Objectives of the Course
As part of this course, it is aimed to educate students on the main assignments of operational informatio management which are assigning information strategies in business, preparing action plans, planning, operating and controlling the projects in accord with strategies.

Course Contents
The students become familiar with steering and development tasks of the operational information management, particularly from the view of a CIO. The technical questions are less in the foreground for an efficient and lasting use than rather special management knowledge. Some main topics are; support of operational creation of value, management tasks, operational integration of information management.
