Objectives of the Course
"At this course language tools are analysed based on scientific writings with the topics below:
Passive sentences and how to use them, to build subordinate clause, to strengthen the abilities of writing and reading scientific writings, to strengthen abilities of viral and written communication."

Learning Outcomes
1 can identify cultural dimensions in product promotion and develop their own intercultural advertising concept for a fictitious business fair
2 pay attention to adequate levels of style in speech and to the meta-level of different communication channels in the simulation of intercultural business communication
3 train their ability to independently analyze problems and develop solutions based on "critical incidents”
4 can identify and assess elements of corporate cultures as well as classify and analyze inter-cultural case studies from the world of economy
5 can recognize stereotypes and evaluate reputations and images as well as distinguish and compare different cultural patterns of interpretation
6 understand the importance of intercultural competence in a globalized world and know the conditions as well as the consequences of a cultural shock
7 know a variety of scientific models to describe the culture and the conceptual framework for intercultural business communication
8 know different communication models and styles and can assign them appropriate importance in the cultural context
