Objectives of the Course
Aim of the course is repetition of information and general grammer rules to provide permanence. Thus, it is targeted to upgrade the grammar level to DSH or Oberstufe exam. Main topics: Planning meeting in the context of written proficiency / job preparation in the context of commercial speech / assesment of usefull enterprise data about statistics, corporate portrait and year-end reports in verbal. Preparation of meeting protocol and press releases in the context of written proficiency.
Written proficiency: Creating a Curriculum Vitae / preparation of internship application. Oral proficiency: Giving information about the area of education / preparation of presentation speechs.

1 are aware of the principle of evaluation and are able to state their own opinion
2 can determine graphs / diagrams for their message type, and describe and evaluate them with regard to content making use of verbal expressions
3 know the concept of transcripts and protocols and can optimize their own notations and notes
4 are able to decode words in foreign languages by choosing from the register of dictionaries, encyclopaedias, lexicons, and glossaries
5 train their reading comprehension by capturing and selecting information using different reading techniques and know how to structure and visualize information with the help of mind maps
6 know criteria for the assessment of scientific values as well as their operational instruments method and technique
7 can differentiate between abilities and skills and assess their own ability to study regarding professional and linguistic characteristics
